Many thanks @RenegadeMind and @Snailbrain for answering that. I've sent a message to Poloniex with the screenshot, hopefully it will help and they'll change their mind.

I'm really thankful about the kindness of this community and I've been following HUC and now CHI for a while but I made a rookie mistake back then when investing more than I should have in HUC at the time of the snapshot, hopping to get more CHI as I believe in the project but if Poloniex back off from their word then I would have lost everything. Don't get my wrong it's all on me I'm not blaming anyone but Poloniex as they are the only one that have deceipt us (if they back off from honoring their word).
