Is it important to bring newbie on signeture camping to motivate spamming  . Are you believe they have good posting habits & enough knowledge about forum ? I don't think so. If they have enough posting knowledge and if know well about forum than they can find signeture camp. themselves. So absolutely they will start spamming. Really it will happened.  Let them to become matured than they can find themselves. They can earn by other campaign out of forum. See on this post. Maximum reply within 20 to 50 character. I think OP should be locked to prevent spam from forum.
