There is page after page of people complaining about that pool.  Just don't use it.

Dedicatedpool is working well for me.  Paying out.

Cryptohashery was working for me last night just fine, but the front end was laggy.  

Jump on a different pool while you are waiting for your payouts from http://propeng.com:7020.  With all the complaints I am surprised people are still using it.
