You could actually study about trading and teachnical analysis on your own if you want to. As for me, the internet plays a vital role and it could provide all the knowledge that you need. You could read different articles regarding trading or threads about it here in bitcointalk. You can also watch videos about it in youtube.
You almost say it all what he needs and where he can find the information that will help him learn. Its up to him, there are many sites and advices the best tutor for me in time that there is no one wants to help me was reading and youtube, with that i learned and i share my knowledge for free.
