it seems you invest in crypto with out knowing what is it. as you been victimized by ponzi schem le and hype coins but you mention you are holding top 20 coins i suggest keep it for long term no matter how the price goes down as it can recover soon and you may able to redeem your losses. do your own research before investing not by just following hype from others.
