Can everyone join the sale,or there are some restrictions?
Yes, there are some restrictions. Anybody who is not a citizen of the countries listed below can contribute: Peoples Republic of China, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, United States of America, or any resident of a country where American embargoes and sanctions are in force, namely Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, and Cuba.
