I am using a Sapphire 270X Vapor-X 2GB gpu. But the most I can get from this card is 350KHash/sec. I am using AMD Catalyst 13.12 and the following setting:

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
cgminer --scrypt  -o stratum+tcp://url:port -u username.workername -p password --no-submit-stale -I 13 -g 1 --thread-concurrency 8192 --lookup-gap 0 -w 256 --gpu-engine 1120 --gpu-memclock 1500 --auto-fan --auto-gpu --temp-target 70 --temp-overheat 80 --temp-cutoff 85 --queue 3 --scan-time 40 --expiry 120 --gpu-powertune 20

Can't set TC higher than that without setting the LG higher. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
