The rule for getting a loan here is to provide a collateral in some form for the lender. If you dont have anything to offer then you wont get any sort of loan here. Think of it similar to going to a bank to ask for funds with nothing to offer to the bank. What would you get? A kick on your rear.If you are desperate to get funds for your project go to a local pawn shop and pawn some valuables.
