I think that investors from United States and China cant join the sale.
Are accredited investors from US allowed to participate? That would help to get more funds for sure.

What is accredited investor?
Accredited investor needs to prove he has 1 million in assets and around 200k per year. Something like that, so good for projects when accredited investors can participate.
