Try a factory reset.
No such thing.
You have to take out the sd card and reprogramme it to completely reset it. There isn't a reset button like on Antminers

but before that, I would reset by restoring factory defaults in the settings. This is equal to a factory reset, as the support told me once.
i never saw one similar feature button in the web interface.
