Fully revamped web service with new UI? What are you talking about, the site looks still the same as like 6 months ago? Please, please, please hire a good developer and web designers its so worth it to spend a good amount of money on this. That is your face of the company, the most important thing, doesnt matter how good your service is, people will close the page as soon as they look at it if it looks like this. Please hire professional people to do your site, i can't stress this enough its so fucking important and its bothering me so much that there is no one on the team that take this big problem seriously.
