Can you prove that you did not buy these tokens after July 23? - No you can not. Even if the tokens came to you at the address not with ether / forkdelta / idex or another exchange with open withdraw. Maybe you bought tokens from someone directly. All the tokens that appeared on the addresses after the 23rd day are empty.
