In the first post of this topic, in part where "facebook campaign" is discribed, it is written:

Acceptance of new participants to the Facebook campaign is temporarily paused.
You can apply and fill the form. We will notify you about the resumption of the acceptance and whether you are accepted or not.
It is recommended to start perform tasks only after receiving the Acceptance - YES status in the table.

If you take a close look on the table, you can see, that starting from March 2018, there are no new participants in Facebook accepted.
