because 500 000 blocks x 8 (block reward) = 4 million coins mined so far
lel and there is 40m supply so devs has 35m coins pre mined ?

I suggest you do some legwork and read up on the technicals on how blockchains work. This is not the first time I suggested this to you.
Ubiq was Jumbucks before. They did a swap. That's where the other tokens come from. They are not all in the hands of the dev team, but in the hands of former Jumbucks holders. It's even in the fucking opening post of this very thread:
