Well this strategy I think it should really try of sce team if it like, because even at traditional way loyalty points are very famous to win the customer and returned again,and of course almost  big indusrty or either even at small business industry gave customer loyalty programme ,but sometimes in other business giving loyalty point are also have positive and negative output to other  business,like if managemant personel will fail to manage them,,but I  trust to smart city eco team that will mamangement well  if will happen.
