Considering volatility of this market, workers may incur losses due to it and then they'll stop accepting crypto as their salaries. Instead of giving salaries in crypto, people should be educated about crypto industry and technology.
So, I think this trend won't last long because Bitcoin can't replace fiat as long as whales are there, and hence, high volatility is there.
