Nice writeup, i know of  some more exchanges with tokens but im not sure they are regulated or not, one of the unique one with zero fee is cobinhood with their token called cob, another is coss, an upcoming quality exchange is streamity with their token called stm and last but not not the least is localcoinswap that is under development and will be launched in august it also has a revenue sharing model for the holders of its token called lcs.
