This is obviously a spam. Its best to report them so the post will not be quoted by other people. This is not helpful in the discussion and I am sure they are just farming so their account could rank up here. I am not quite sure if they are also doing this on social media. If so, you might want to contact your campaign managers to see if this is under their network or group. Post should be relevant to the thread. Its good to see that you are monitoring your project.
