In addition to the icons, a good incentive to facilitate the work of "reporters" would be to include them in the whitelist with at least 100 good reports.
Because the delay in writing reports is sometimes very disturbing.
That would lead to people creating fake posts to report, just to be awarded with whitelisted accounts, which in turn they would sell.
