You have actually said everything anyway and what I want to point out is that the whole market generally is volatile since it is more speculation driven asset as it is now, than it is being used in real life to create huge demand for it.
Looking at the value it creates, and the value we have now, it is obvious that the FOMO that happened last year was more of a manipulation, and since people get the wrong perception of getting rich quickly, we will always keep having weak hands.
