When you deposit eon into the exchange, how long before the balance is made available to you? mine has been on reserved for a few hrs.
They are doing deposits and withdraws manually. a couple deposits took like 24hrs.
I have a current withdraw going on 24hrs now also
I think the team should really work on speeding this process up. I don't particularly like waiting a day for something that should take less than 20mins
It has been almost 2 days since this withdraw has been Registered
I get you guys are in manual mode... But common, how do you expect people to want to use the exchange when the simple operations of deposit/withdraw are terribly slow.
2nd. Where is customer support? How do I contact support? There isn't a button that lets me email anything to anybody. Pretty frustrating.
