Effort Merits : For posts where the poster has done a lot of research, background check and digginng
Einstein Merits : For new ideas, innovative brain storms, great suggestions
Enjoyable Merits : For quick witty responses

IMHO none of these are "Elegant" Enough to be considered as an "Einstein" idea!
