I think it means there's an overlap in the buy and sell values for the order book.
how can an overlap be if the data bank in Cryptsy is working (in ~realtime)
or is the data bank in Cryptsy so slow (same slow as response times for check current status...)?
There's still some lag on Cryptsy for processing orders on some markets.
