i'm getting it from yesterday when my puter crashed (for other reasons). when i rebooted all my ping pongs were disappeared, so i cancelled all the open orders in Cryptsy and recreated my pingpongs, but i cannot create a btc/ltc one since i have that screen.

maybe because the ltc price in btc crashed from yesterday and CAT sees in my Cryptsy log that I would lose buying btc for ltc now?
