will never work. Armory does not use BIP39 compatible seed mnemonics... in fact, it doesn't even really used seed mnemonics at all. It has a proprietary "root key" system, that functions a bit like a seed mnemonic but consists of just random characters, not words, and is not BIP39 compatible.He also asked for clarification of your 2nd solution (which was somewhat incomplete) to which you never responded.
