No I don't think so.
Joined this pool last night and just did a manual payout earlier today and
it does work. Took it about 10min for payment to arive and get confirmed.
Please give this guy (?) a break since it's a nice little pool he's running and I don't think he's a scammer.

The withdraw function for this pool "appears" to be working again. But the host of the site went missing for quite some time. It took almost a month to withdraw my coins. I would exercise caution when using this pool
