PoS and Masternode is good, but I would like to suggest tier masternode mechansism.
Tier masternode requires automatically rise of collateral.

Real masternodes will bring benefits for the project, for those who host them, fewer coins in the exchanges and more in demand, the only negative thing are the lower earnings for the miners, but seeing that they are more positive than the negative ones , we are happy to know your opinion too. Pos could also help to reduce the coins in the exchange but the cons is that we will find a total supply much higher than the current 120 million.
