Is there any legal background against bit coin cheaters, who using scam sites for cheats people..
This may be possible in other parts of the world but my country is an exception. Government made it known that anyone involved in bitcoin is doing so at his/her own risk. But I think if you have clear evidence you may be supported by the high courts of justice.
I think although bitcoin has not been given regulation though but fraud can still be given a criminal whatever the case form, you're right if you have strong evidence who did the fraud on you, I think you can report it to the police, if the file is complete, I believes the police will take legal action for fraudsters

Yes, if we have any strong evidence then we can report by providing all links to the policemen. Due to decentralisation, we can easily trace the person who has stolen our fund but one thing in coming days more features will be added to this technology.
There are many people who cheat innocent people with their fraud sites. I think it is the responsibility of bitcoin controller and management to take serious actions against these scam sites because bitcoin is not legalized in many countries and there the people cannot take any actions against such cheaters. To promote bitcoin such actions are necessary.
Yeah it's hard to do illegal action here. if you enter the police station with your case. they may just laugh because they will not
understand it. and your case will be open as there will be no problem solving. that's why many people outside are afraid of this risk
Computer and digital fraud is difficult to trace because hackers are just individual who are hiding their identity, to track  them down need to hire expert who will put them in a trap before they will be sued by law, before hand  we should think of securing your assets by a stronger security is the best option before stealing happen.
