Yes u can upload btc on skrill and withdraw with Skril card. I have few cards.. Can sell it
No, its total crap. This guy is scammer and you cant withdraw BTC funds via Skrill card. If you deposit to Skrill via BTC you can only spend it at online shops / gambling sites, but never withdraw it via card because its against laws.
