usually states prohibit the circulation of payments using crypto and for companies based on crypto technology or more precisely blockchain usually not prohibited origin according to existing regulations. so the problem today is that many ICO companies are deceptive and do not work properly therefore from harm many things like us who have been promoting them through bounty campaigns so there is no payment or stop in the middle of the road. hopefully this doesn't continue until over time and doesn't cause negative perceptions for investors.
