Find new bounty it's easy, just read ANN/Bounty topics, but find new good bounty it's very hard now. I like that: open bounty threads and see 10-20 new threads, I check hard cap/soft cap and what part for bounty payments If all good, I will see team and whitepaper if it's good project I will join for bounty.
