Perhaps, you just got a GeoDNS record for the russians. Some users at BitHash might get russian-based IP's at the front, as Russia is in the middle between Asia and Europe, where most of BitHash users come from. There are some other entry-points used also as well as CloudFlare/Incapsula Anti-DDoS services.
