Wont going to happen not unless theres some regulatory board to regulate these ICOs,but i doubt becauase cryptocurrencies are decentralized which is why there shouldnt be someone limiting its capabilities or potentials.ICOs wont stop because  these scammers wont stop stealing the investor's money we might see less ICOs but these new projects wont stop popping out from time to time.
