only tenx team can tell that, they are not very communicative. i don't understand why they don't have telegram group.

They don't like the idea of having a telegram group because they are afraid someone would use to group to influence others with their "WRONGS". For me, that is not very transparent. Only here in bitcointalk i can read some complains.
