It really amazes me how much some people want to be spoonfed; How much can I make with this hash? How can I set up a load balance? Why is the server doing this? Where can I find this?
I am far from a computer or a mining expert, I've just been doing this with my 7950 since the start of December, but if I want an answer, I'll google it, I'll use the search on bitcointalk, I'll read the CGminer README (it's called that for a reason.)
If I still can't find an answer then maybe I'll post about it, but as a last resort rather than a first.
I think it does show the good character in this thread though, most forums I know 90% of the posts would be shouted down for not doing the above.

Bal3wolf. Thanks for compiling windows versions. I've been trying to download them from you for the last couple of days but for some reason your server just times out on me without ever loading the page.
