I think if you buy now you cant fail. In September everything will go up,it will be the biggest pump so far.
as far as I know you can buy altcoin right now because what I see now is altcoin prices and crypto market prices have not come back yet and so now the market price declines are many people who buy altcoin and hold it until the altcoin price is back stable let alone the market has long not yet stable again
