I am holding some eth to sell.But the eth price is still very low compare to my expectation price.Is there any chance to increase the price of eth.Please share your opinions which will be highly appreciated. 
There is always a chance, but not in the near future. Bitcoin is being pumped and may be closer to 9k before it gets corrected again. But Altcoin may have to wait, Bitcoin should be stable first and Altcoin will get his turn.
