second way join the gym or do yoga or morning running . now that's two ways so choose what you want.
i prefer second one cause of natural sleep.
What pills exactly? I wouldn't recommend medication for sleeping unless it's a short term thing for extreme cases. There are probably better non-medicated options as well, or definitely things you should try first and pills should certainly be a last resort. Most sleeping pills are addictive, especially benzodiazepines and you can quickly fall into a trap of relying on them to sleep and before you know it you're dependent on them to sleep and the cycle only gets worse.
