In times of trouble, you should do this to have a more stable mind:
Close to nature.
Work well spontaneously.
Laughter is the most important thing.
Closer to positive people
Find the right dress in the right and always.
Do not be immersed in negative.
Talk to a friend.
Heavy exercise.
Sleep.
Celebrate the little successes.
