Does the world atlas also tell how much does this amout is growing every year? It the derivatives market also included in this amount? The derivatives market is considered as existing money and it is bigger than the world's gross product.

Actually it so very hard question, nobody can answered it. Because the money of the world is very hard to calculate, many population arround the world .
