BCX Project Update 020

Hello BCXers! This is project update 020. BitcoinX 0.16.2 has the smart contract function added and requires the miners vote to activate. (The voting period is 2016 blocks). Currently VVpool and Beepool have been updated to the latest version, please update ASAP!

To vote for us, mining pools need to modify the rule parameters of the getblocktemplate interface according to this github document.

[Core/dev] Have fix the bug that the contract gas can not modify the Windows default

[Core/dev] Have fix the abnormal call of the contract function when creating the contract from the interface on the Mac platform.

[Core/dev] Have fix the transaction confirmation bug when creating the contract from the interface on the Mac platform.

[Core/dev] Have fix the bug that the interface bar cannot input the correct address when creating the interface and calling the function.

[Core/dev] Continue to investigate DCR's PoW and PoS hybrid mining mechanism.
