Will our employer have to be partner with Workchain for us as an individual to be able to get payment via Workchain?
We're building things in such a way so that individuals can access / gain benefits from WorkChain.io even if their employers aren't there!
It's much simpler of course if the Employer is directly a participant on the protocol, but through partners/integrations we're confident we'll also be able to go employee-first/only
