After I try to send the tokens, I get this error "(error_36) Input address is not checksummed. What does that mean?" and does not send tokens. Has anyone encountered this problem? can anyone knows the solution.

Just try it sometime if its work. Otherwise, you may try the support and seek their help to fix your issue. I also didn't experienced this sort of problem but If I'm in your position I will try my luck again and see how it goes. Goodluck.
