Unfortunately, I will advise that while you still live there, you should abide by the rules. Even if you disagree with your government's decision, it is right to abide by the Law. So, really, I don't see much that you can do. You can hope anyway that the verdict is reversed or reviewed. And this I suspect might happen in the future. In other news, you could consider migrating. Not for the sole purpose of trading or investing in cryptocurrency, of course
