Many of us are having a hard time sleeping at night. It's harder if we keep using our phone during bedtime. When trying to sleep at night, keep your room dark. So that you won't be disturbed by the light during the late night. And last, keep moving during the daytime. This will make you tired and helps you to have a better sleep.
