Only if you will recieve enough merits you can upgrade you rank. How to recieve it? Post usefull information, make some bounty review, or maybe new coin reviews.
As far as i know and what I understand right now in Bitcointalk they can upgrade your ranked if you have lots receive merits. But before Bitcointalk only required a constructive post and have sense post that is helpful to those people who wants to get information. So if you want to levep up your ranked then get a lots of merits, you can get merits by having a lots of posts that have sense or have quality post that can help to other users of cryptocurrency.
