We are sharing an important announcement regarding the Token Swap.
I made a transaction between my account about 3 days ago (Jul-24-2018 05:56:03 PM +UTC)
The reason for the transaction that I made was the integration of my tokens to perform easier swap for myself, and at that time I did not know the prohibition of transfers.
You published an important announcement about transactions after July 23rd and said that all users should send relevant details for case reviewing.
I sent an email tow days ago and I didn't receave any answer
So I send more information again
I'm worried about my tokens, what will happen to them

when do you publish the Token Swap Instructions after July 23rd

Your balance should be recorded in genesis block right now. There shouldn´t be any damage since you just transfer your old tokens. Late registration instructions will be released very soon, just follow our official channels for the newest updates.
Because it doesn't matter for me that the tokens in the origin or destination account will swap with new tokens; Both accounts are mine.
The snapshot was on the origin account or something?
Yes. If you had a (non-exchange) account that had SPHTX on the 23rd of July (snapshot time), you will be able to claim the new token.

I read your published article (SOPHIATX UPDATES) , and after checking out the balances on wallet.sophiatx.com , I found that token balances are according to the snapshot that was taken on July 23rd. It's OK for me and thanks again for your patience.
