Was it a private VPN? If so you might have a chance as it should only be your accounts connecting through the IP address.

If it's a free public VPN then you might be out of luck as hundreds of people could have used it to create accounts.

I assume that it was a free public VPN, as private VPNs are not even considered as problematic IPs (spamming, hacking, etc...). BTW, has bitstarz support replied to your ticket?
