I saw this in their Twitter account. They are looking for investors, not clear if in the ICO or investors to partner with the project like application developers or what. If it will not cost them much money and will indeed give good value then why not?
In their ICO of course, they need funds for this noble purpose. They need investors in short. I saw they have a lot of supporters, Im sure they will also participate in their ICO.
