There are always good and bad perceptions of the people upon the project. Of course many people will be glad of trustlogics aim but I know some of them hates trustlogics. Well, I don't care with them as long as I know that this project will ultimately solve the problem in the hiring industry.

well,This depends much on your perspective. Are you a job hunter or are you a job hirer or I suppose both. im not going to presume that I know how you want to use an online job portal. I would say that the portal is the differentiator but the inhouse or the outside recruiters for each position. And of source that would be mixed.
